1. Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll discuss what you’re looking to accomplish, your priorities, the scope of work, and any plans, ideas, or requirements you already have. For many projects, we’ll also visit the property to evaluate the work and gather the information needed to prepare accurate pricing.
2. Clear Pricing
Once we understand the project, we’ll put together pricing based on the agreed scope of work. Our goal is to give you a realistic price to complete the job properly — not lure you in with a low number and add unnecessary charges later. You’ll know what is included before you commit to the project.

3. Written Contract
Before construction begins, you’ll receive a written agreement outlining the work we’re performing and the agreed contract price. The price in your contract covers the work included in the agreed scope. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges for work already included in your contract. If you decide to add or change something during construction, we’ll discuss any additional cost or schedule impact with you.
4. Scheduling & Preparation
Once your contract is signed and the required deposit is received, we begin preparing your project for construction. Whenever possible, we aim to begin construction within two weeks. Before anyone arrives to start building, there’s already work happening behind the scenes — coordinating labor, ordering materials, arranging permits and inspections, scheduling dumpsters and equipment, and making sure everything is ready to keep your project moving.
5. Construction
This is where the plans become reality. Your project will have a designated manager who serves as your primary point of contact, backed by our construction and office team. Every phase of the work is coordinated throughout the project so construction happens in the proper order and the job continues moving forward. We’ll keep you informed as the project progresses and communicate with you when decisions or selections are needed.

6. Final Walkthrough
As construction comes to an end, we’ll walk through the completed project with you. This gives us an opportunity to review the finished work together and address any remaining items before the project is officially closed out.
7. Complete
Once the work is complete, we’ll finalize the project documentation and provide your Certificate of Completion. Our relationship doesn’t have to end when the construction does. We stand behind our work, and if you need us again in the future, we’ll be here.
Built Around Clear Expectations
Construction involves a lot of moving parts. Materials, schedules, inspections, weather, different trades, and sometimes unexpected conditions all have to come together. Our job is to manage those moving parts for you.
That’s why we put an emphasis on clear pricing, written agreements, communication, professional project management, and an organized construction process.
Whether your project takes a few days or several months, you’ll know who you’re working with, what we’re building, and what comes next.
